I am dedicated to providing a warm and welcoming environment for clients seeking counselling services. I use a variety of approaches determined by my clients individual experiences and needs. I work closely with clients who have experienced trauma, attachment difficulties, anxiety and relationship struggles , PTSD and more. As an experienced couples counsellor many of my clients are also couples looking to understand and strengthen their relationship in a safe guided environment. 

An extensive part of my practice is also dedicated to working with other counsellors as a Registered Counselling Supervisor. 

Overall I bring a wealth of passion and expertise to my practice, with a career spanning over 11 years, I have honed my skills through more than 8000 client hours, working with diverse populations including individuals, couples families and co-parents. I acknowledge the complexities of life's challenges and the impact they can have on one's emotional well-being.

 

My approach is deeply rooted in collaboration and trust, working alongside each client to tailor a customized plan that addresses their specific needs. My goal is to provide clients with the tools and strategies necessary to navigate through life's hardships, leaving each session feeling empowered and enlightened.

As the founder and director of my counselling team, I am proud to lead a diverse group of professionals, including seasoned counsellors with over five years of experience and dedicated interns.
